JAPANESE FOOD CULTURE IN ROSTOV-ON-DON (DATA OF SOCIOCULTURAL RESEARCH)

Abstract
The paper contemplates of Japanese food culture in Rostov-on-Don for the purpose of the analysis of this sociocultural phenomenon in Rostov mentality. As a result of research it is revealed that the use of dishes of Japanese cuisine is based on "rational" approach to health problems, maintenance of a good physical form and aesthetic refinement of familiarizing with Japanese cultural tradition.
