Abstract
The paper is devoted to the phenomena “humor” from the part of translingual communication. Many scientists mark humor as a separate genre, which have its own peculiarities and function. The particular interest is given to the function of weakening the conflict situation. We consider the function of weakening the conflict in the sphere of juridical discourse, which represents special interest nowadays.
