Abstract
In the article are described some ideas of the author for the phases of training and improvement of professional skill of teachers of foreign languages. The article analyses the significance of integtation of pedagogical conculting (technologies of pedagogical consulting) into the system of training teachers and improvement of professional skill of teachers of foreign languages. The author stresses that it promotes to the development of professional autonomy of the teachers.
