Abstract
In article features of use of means of self-development in the model of professional training of teachers in the system of undergraduate. The quality of created and modified means of self-development is a function of the biological potential of the individual and environment, education and socio-professional relations, peculiarities, and possibilities of multifunctional stimulation of the individual and of society in the creation and distribution of optimum pedagogical conditions and means of self-development in a model of multicultural education.
