Abstract
For the Sverdlovsk region, as the industrialized region, particularly the issue of recycling and utilization of wastes of production and consumption. The solution to this problem lies in the implementation of public-private partnership in this sphere. In a number of subjects of the Russian Federation such a positive experience already exists. This practice is also applicable in the Sverdlovsk region, subject to resolution of a number of organizational and legal aspects of this sphere.
