Abstract
The article considers the formation of preconditions for genesis of professional art in the Southern Ural region in connection with development of art traditions of some peoples (Turkic and Finno-Ugric peoples). Before intensive Russian colonization of Southern Ural the products of professional art in the region were the extremely rare. These products were some architectural monuments, namely these were mausoleums of tribal grand people. However the rich traditions of national arts of Finno-Ugric and Turkic peoples established the bases of the region’s future spiritual culture. It means these traditions have predetermined the specificity of professional art in the Southern Ural.
