Abstract
On the basis of the content of the concept "success" the conclusion about importance of success of the personality in a profession and its career advance is drawn. It is shown that the successful person is demanded in labor market as seeks for continuous self-improvement, is adjusted on dynamic and positive professional and official career. Success of the personality is considered as a necessary component of her stability. The personal qualities and characteristics of the personality providing her success in a profession are marked out.
