EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON MANAGEMENT STYLE: A GENDER PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
This article analyzes the results of empirical studies of gender differences in management style of managers of industrial enterprises. The study suggests that there are statistically proven gender differences of management style do male leaders than women leaders.
