Abstract
After reviewing the methodology, theory and practice solve for the development of professional competence of teachers, we came to the conclusions that formed the basis for developing a conceptual model of the process of development of professional competence of the master:
1. Competence is a complex system of knowledge and skills, internal mental States, properties, professional personality, his willingness to implement the correctional-developing work that appear when solving in the practice of professional and pedagogical tasks.
2. Professional activities of a teacher working with children with disabilities is the process of providing learning children, educational standard.
3. In connection with the implementation of educational inclusion arose the need to improve the professional competence of teachers in the following areas: psychological and pedagogical features of children with disabilities, severe and multiple disabilities; technology organization of effective interaction of specialists escort services; innovative remedial technologies, etc..
