PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEERING AS AN EFFECTIVE MEANS OF THE STUDENTS SOCIALIZATION

Abstract
The author regards volunteering as an important institute of social, cultural, economic and ecological development, as effective means of the youth socialization. The author proceeds from the fact that in Russian higher educational establishments it is necessary to work out programs of volunteering development with ten-year prospects and take into account a regional component and specificity of further professional activity of the particular higher educational establishment graduates while working the programs out.
