Abstract
In the article prospects of development of a fuel and energy complex of Russia are considered, the existing problems connected with falling of the prices for oil and growth of the cost price of an oil recovery and gas are analyzed. Necessity of introduction of innovations, for application of new methods of management and processing on manufacture is designated. Offers for modernization of manufacture and strengthening of positions in the market are formed.
