Abstract
The relevance of this topic is that in modern conditions of rapid economic development, the market of services and commodity-money relations was necessary to resolve disputes about the freight forwarder's liability under the contract of freight forwarding to resolve issues related to the identification of the goods, for a correct and fair conclusion of evidence caused client losses.
