Abstract
The article describes the general and specific conditions and resources of the pedagogical use of simulation in the training of future teachers to the organization of scientific-pedagogical work, which determines the possibilities of research, construction and organization of pedagogical interaction with students in the model optimization of conditions for the development of the individual as values and goals, product and resource of all socio-pedagogical transformation and norms of reproduction of anthropological knowledge.
