Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of landscape garden on the estate in the linguistic world of Anton Chekhov. The main components of the model are spatial-temporal characteristics describe the nature, stable images and motifs, repetition, parallelism of words, grammatical forms, syntactic structures inherent in the author's style of particular linguistic units. Compiled by the invariant of the landscape of the writer's conclusions about the specificity of perception of the natural world by A. P. Chekhov.
