THE SOVIET INVESTIGATORS IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE 1930TH: PERSONNEL STRUCTURE AND PROBLEMS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
This article characterizes the personnel structure of the investigative device in system of the Soviet justice authorities in the first half of the 1930th on the basis of archival materials and the published sources. The following problems are analysed: completeness of states and the turnover of national investigators staff, their educational level, load degree affairs, influence of participation in economic and political campaigns on professional activity.
