Abstract
The article shows the possibility of socialization with abnormal development and health, included in the system of continuous professional education, providing the optimum understanding of personality development and self-affirmation, self-realization and self-improvement, verifying the quality and direction of educational and professional-labor relations. The definition and detail adaptive and acme-pedagogical approaches in the structure of socialization that has defects in development and health, determine the optimal organization of adaptive teaching practice and reproduction of social and professional relations in the model of multicultural socialization.
