Abstract
There is the legal assessment of the problem of determining the place and importance of criminal procedural form in the proceedings in topic. A review of criminal procedural law and academic lawyer’s points of view devoted to this issue.
Any action by the participant, starting with suspect and ending with a judge a framework of action procedural form , and at the same time, the participant is obliged to comply with this order, the process was lawful and proper.
