Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation and activities of the Soviet of officers’ deputies of Nizhny Novgorod garrison. The text addresses the issues of participation of officers in the spread of the revolutionary-democratic ideas. Special attention is paid to the reasons union of the Soviets of officers' and soldiers' deputies.
