Abstract
The article on the materials of the Tyumen Province is considered the activities of the Soviet government in the early 1920s. to combat the spread of epidemics in the territory of the province and dangerous diseases are investigated by the police peculiarities of functions to maintain sanitary and health surveillance in urban and rural areas.
