IDIOMS WITH COMPONENT-ETHNONYM AND ETHNIC HETEROSTEREOTYPE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF LANGUAGE AND CULTURE

Abstract
The article is devoted to idioms with component-ethnonym in the English language as a culturally significant linguistic units representing ethnic heterostereotype. The study was conducted taking into account the dialectical relation of language and culture, resulting in a substantiated the importance of idioms with component-ethnonym in communication: they are reflect and form heterostereotype representation of native speakers.
