Abstract
This article is devoted to the social and educational protection of refugees and internally displaced persons. In the XXI century, refugees and internally displaced persons do not cease to be a problem. This often occurs due to the fact that in many countries occur or armed conflict, or critical social situations, or discrimination based on different (including ethnic) grounds.
