EMPLOYMENT BEHAVIOR OF GRADUATES IN LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is the description of behavior model of graduates of the professional educational organizations at the stage of the job search, as well as an assessment of dynamics of changes in behavior of graduates in employment situations. On materials of sociological research of graduates on programs of vocational education and training we are analyzed the circumstances of entrance of graduates to the labor market after receiving training in professional educational organizations. A comparative analysis of the presented results from similar data of the previous studies shows dynamics of behavior and activity of graduates in involvement of labor market. On the example of graduates of the organizations of professional education of the Samara region the analysis of labor mobility of young people after the end of training is carried out.
Authors note growth of frequency of use of graduates to the Internet to resources at the stage of job search. However, productivity of employment by educational institution and addresses on the enterprises of passing of work practice is higher, than over the Internet or mass media. In article employment procedure is in details described: interview at employment, content of information exchange between the employer and the job seeker and productivity of negotiation process about working conditions and a wages. Researchers explain changes in an employment situation not only the increased level of claims of graduates to a workplace, but also high requirements of employers to applicants for vacancies. Studying of quality of employment is also an evaluation of the work of pedagogical staff of educational institutions on training of students for activity in modern market conditions. The comparative analysis of data shows significant increase in a percentage of graduates who considering that good preparation allowed them to choose the best place of work. Based on comparable research data of eight-years earlier, authors try to prove a conclusion that graduates feel in the market of work more surely, the main marker determining an assessment of quality of the training received is the employment fact as a training.
Novelty of research that trend data which allow to estimate dynamics of changes of entry into the labor market of graduates of the professional educational organizations are introduced into scientific circulation.
The practical importance of work that provides to the staff of the professional educational organizations and managers of education material for an assessment of quality of training of graduates of the professional educational organizations in ensuring competitiveness of workforce.
