Abstract
The article is devoted to problems arising in the field of labor relations and the phenomenon of discrimination in contemporary Russian society. The author analyzes the statistics and the works of jurists and comes to the conclusion that there is gender bias in labor relations. The author also talks about the need to combat discrimination and ways to overcome it.
