Abstract
This article is devoted to the influence of the political elite of Russia on the formation of foreign policy of the country at the present stage of the instability of the global economy as well as international security. Describes the main factors influencing the behavior of the political elite of the country. Paying particular attention to the impact of Western and American elites on the Russian Federation, its economy, international security and cultural values of the country.
