Abstract
In article modern approaches to understanding of the problems peculiar for modern Russian youth are analyzed. The importance of valuable and semantic aspects of the contents and experience of the considered problem situations is reasoned. In the context of post-nonclassical science the technologies of psychology and pedagogical work and social work with students of higher education institution based on change of the valuable and semantic attitude towards reality and supports of formation of a pro-social orientation of system of valuable orientations of the personality locate.
