Abstract
The problem of labor protection in the Russian economy is a complex problem, which can be solved in a variety of ways, among which one of the most important is the way to protect the employee by law from adverse working conditions. The subject of this article are features the protection of labor in the Russian Federation. Legal analysis of the Russian labor legislation on the protection of labor was provided, some of its features were revealed, and the actions of Russian Federation leadership for solving problems in the field of labor protection had been shown.
