Abstract
Each company consists of individuals who see a particular task; work together in a team, group; apply specific knowledge and techniques; show your team as an integral body. Japanese management based on the corporate culture, which applies all psychological methods of influence on the individual. First of all, this sense of duty to his team that in the Japanese mentality is almost mainly the feeling of shame. The Japanese governance system should be explored as a synthesis of imported ideas and cultural practices. Psychological comparability of the working group in Japanese companies attach great importance, because only such a team is able to achieve great performance and good quality products.
