Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of violations in the sphere of pets, stipulated by the current Russian legislation. The author critically suited to the analysis of criminal law, administrative law and civil law, notes the existence of many gaps and contradictions in the sphere in question, notes the need to adopt a new and improve existing legislation in this field by fixing the composition of the relevant offences and the establishment of measures of legal liability for committing them.
