Abstract
In this article the actual problem of health care of Russia - high incidence and mortality of the population from pathologies of cardiovascular system, especially at working-age is considered. The essential differentiation of regions of the country on heart troubles mortality rate and vessels which developed in our country causes relevance of this research.
