PECULIARITIES OF COMPOSITION OF GROUPS WITH DIFFERENT SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE

Abstract
The article discusses the peculiarities of the composition in terms of individual psychological characteristics of members of groups with different socio-psychological climate. The study suggests that members of groups with a favorable socio-psychological climate characterized by significantly higher trust levels in others, value orientations on interaction and interpersonal relationships, the predominance of such basic beliefs as benevolence and justice of peace, kindness of the people.
