Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of Deputy of the State Duma of the beginning of XX century V.I. Zybinskoe in the development of education in the Tobolsk province. The subject of the article is relevant because it shows the degree of influence of the Deputy of the State Duma on the solution of important problems in the field of education. The MP had sought help in constructing their own buildings of educational institutions, defended the interests of the municipal government of Ishim, school administrations in the Ministry of national education. Tried to speed up the preparation of documentation for construction of buildings of schools, through the interaction between stakeholders and institutions.
