Abstract
In the article functioning conditions of a regional educational complex, in particular – subject training of future specialists are considered. Confirmation of theoretical provisions by results of skilled and experimental work is given. The conclusion about efficiency of professional motivation formation of students in the conditions of a regional educational complex is given.
