CORRUPTION AMONG STATE AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES – MORAL CHOICE OF INDIVIDUAL’S VIEWPOINT

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of corruption and corrupt behavior of state and municipal employees. In this article, we start from the understanding of corruption, moral decay as officials expressed in illicit enrichment, bribery, embezzlement and intergrown with mafias.
Corrupt behavior is considered in the context of individual moral choice, which is based on certain personal education, such as shame and conscience.
