Abstract
In article the problem of information support of interaction with consumers and partners in the market of educational services is considered. On the example of educational institution the author offered system of marketing researches, the key directions of market research are determined. On the basis of the system offered by the author, in article specific types of researches are in details worked, their frequency, use directions, and also consumers of the acquired information are determined.
