Abstract
This article is devoted to the spiritual life of the Orthodox Christians in the contemporary Russia and the spiritual warfare, which should be its foundation. The article describes the concepts of the spiritual life and the spiritual warfare, characterizes their basic elements and their condition in the Russian Orthodox Church. The article describes the types of spiritual life of the Russian Orthodox Christians. It concludes that the spiritual life of the Orthodox Christians in Russia is undeveloped.
