ODORICAL ASPECT IN THE DECONSTRUCTION OF G. SIMENON’S PARIS (BASED ON G. SIMENON’S NOVEL «MAIGRET AND THE MAN ON THE BENCH»)

Abstract
Perception of Paris, through the sense organs: smell, hearing, visual perception of city’s light and colour, tactile senses, plays a very important role in G. Simenon’s works. Proof of that can be found on pages of the novel, where characters estimate their sensations and senses creating thereby a more expressive picture of Paris. That makes a reflected space more realistic. In our research we concentrate on analysing of human senses end demonstrate peculiarities of odorical aspect realization in the novel «Maigret and the man on the bench».
