Abstract
In article the best practices of integration of a logistic chain in the conditions of economy globalization are considered. In structure of a chain the production, logistic and trade divisions united by a single information field that allows to optimize movement of a material flow are allocated. High level of indicators of the company is provided with integration of a logistic chain on the basis of the property right.
