Abstract
Connection between philosophy and human, his needs and interests is constant. At this stage of development genetic engineering influences directed the nature, largely solving the problems of humanity. But there is a conflict between the scientific and technical progress and the existing norms of morality. So any technical and technological breakthrough could lead to irreversible changes both positive and negative. The main task is still to determine the boundaries of human intervention in nature.
