Abstract
An overview of the main approaches to the concept of «self-realization» in the philosophical, sociological and psychological traditions provides. The rationale behind the importance of promoting self-realization of young people in the context of the state youth policy. Discusses trends and technologies for the realization of youth policy in this area at the Federal and regional levels, analysis of the performance of its effectiveness.
