Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of «pseudosimple» lexicon of foreign-language scientific and technical literature. Examples of such words in various parts of speech are presented. Ways are presented how to reduce mistakes at the translation of «pseudosimple» words and phrases and to achieve translation quality improvement. Fixing of attention on distinctions in writing, functions and values of «pseudosimple» words is recommended.
