Abstract
The concept of management of networking interaction in rural schools which gives a complete idea of a set of relationships of cause and effect, the main ideas, regularities and the principles locates in article. It is aimed at providing within the public and state control system of formation of a range of continuous communications of various organizations aimed at realization of variable network educational programs, projects and resource development. The structure of the concept is logically reflected in the basic ideas, combined conceptual design (focus on goal setting, mission, competitive advantages, the unit of networking interaction, the management of networking interaction as distributed autopoetic system, monitoring its effectiveness); tendencies in networking of educational institutions, the regularities defining the main line of the content of process of management of networking interaction in rural educational institutions, the principles of networking interaction in them.
