Abstract
On June 5-6, 2014 on the basis of FGBOU VPO "The Penza state university of architecture and construction" with assistance of the Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund (RHSF) there took place the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Ways of Improvement of Quality of Protection and Examination of Dissertation Works". The conference purpose – to generalize experience of dissertation councils, to analyse merits and demerits, on this basis to offer ways of further improvement of quality of examination and protection of dissertation works, improvement of system of certification scientific and the research and educational personnel. Article is prepared with financial support of the Russian humanitarian scientific fund (the project No. 14-03-14019 "Way of improvement of quality of protection and examination of dissertation works").
