Abstract
The article discusses issues related to the organization of military-sports Committee in the town of Tara Tobolsk province. Military sports committees were designed to facilitate pre-conscription training of young people, including students male schools who have reached the age of sixteen. Despite the difficulties associated with the organization of military-sports Committee, the authority began its work in 1916.
