Abstract
In the article the evolution of the Vyatka province’ fiscal bodies is revealed during the period from 1860-s up to 1917. The author investigates the structural and functional changes of these bodies according to law initiatives of those days. The information on their staff, self-control and documentation is given. It is shown in what way the whole system of local financial authorities was annihilated in the years of revolutionary crisis.
