Abstract
This article is devoted to problems of existence of various approaches in research of transactional expenses and to the corresponding principles of their measurement. The analysis of several theoretically worked approaches to measurement of transactional expenses from which the conclusion is drawn on practical possibility of their quantitative measurement is carried out.
