Abstract
The paper summarizes the data on the formation of deviant behavior in terms of personality psychology. The author distinguishes deviant victimization as the initial stage of formation of deviant behavior, determines the trigger deviations in the form of a problem situation in the victimization of deviant personality. In the article the research data of the central characteristics of the formations of deviant personality. The author gives a description of the characteristics of the formation of deviant behavior of minors.
