Abstract
This scientific article is devoted to the very delicate issue: the question of enuresis, diagnosis, which gives the patient and the family, psychological and social difficulties. There are additional difficulties in the family for summer recreation: after all, you need to stock up the diapers and disposable diapers, to the exclusion of "wet" nights in a hotel, sanatorium, from friends at the cottage. The child is afraid that on it will laugh peers, and staff of the hotel will claim for damaged mattress etc. Therefore, the family and the patient encounter many situations, leading to increased psycho emotional tension, as well as social difficulties.
The results of numerous researches of domestic and foreign researchers determined the etiology of enuresis and the impossibility in most cases, to reveal its true cause. Such an approach is quite understandable looks relatively wide variability of outcome bedwetting: from spontaneous cure to explicit resistance to all the existing types of treatment.
It is necessary to distinguish etiological factors of the phenomenon of enuresis, serving as a ground for the development of the disease. They are not specific in relation to the enuresis, can cause along with nocturnal enuresis and other pathological disorders. The existing classification may not reflect all the features of the development and course of enuresis.
They also do not explain the specific phenomenon of enuresis as uncontrolled urination, isolated by the state of sleep. To etiological against enuresis disorders should be attributed range of urology, endocrinology, neurointelligence and neurotic disorders, for which night enuresis is one of the possible complications.
An important factor are also psycho-emotional problems in the family (scandals, ridicule), which also aggravates the symptoms.
From the point of view of osteopathy frequent cause of enuresis is a birth trauma.
From the perspective of Chinese medicine enuresis in children and adults occurs due to the reduction of the kidneys, which are in particular responsible for regulating the functions of the urethra, as in normal kidney operate, timely opening and closing the openings of the urethra.
We will share our observations and results in the treatment of this disease. Because after the termination of this unpleasant symptoms are resolved and social and psychological difficulties.
