Abstract
In work the death analysis as existential phenomenon is realized. The author makes its comparison with other deep experiences of the person. Objective of study consists in justification of uniqueness of death among various phenomena of human reality. Results and novelty of article consist in detection and the description meta- / existential function of death as well as potential of rethinking of metaphysics and philosophical anthropology resulting from this.
