Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of uniform regional and branch system of continuous education. As the leading tendencies characterizing the present stage of the higher education, regionalization of education and integration of regional educational systems are allocated. Educational activity of the University educational complex as integrated educational institution is analyzed.
