Abstract
This article presents the privatization as an ultimate way of improving economic condition of a country. The author also gives examples of law violations in the process of privatization. The article examines currently wide spread crimes in this sphere: forgery of securities, fraud vouchers, unconscientious advertising companies, «pyramid investment schemes».
